1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we’ll notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mind Over Muscle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hbmindovermuscle@gmail.com with your order number and any supporting photos or tracking info.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement if eligible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
