Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable products (e.g., digital fitness plans)

Health and personal care items (if opened)

To initiate a return, contact us at hbmindovermuscle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or missing refunds? Please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at hbmindovermuscle@gmail.com.

Return Shipping
